I called Dan in the morning and he came out the same day to take a look & give me an estimate ... He appraised the situation and told me what he could do and quoted me a great price ! ... I contacted this company for an urgent need after my was halted because two large trees were inches away from the roof. I contacted him at 2 PM and the job was completed after driving an hour and a half and 5 o’clock traffic to do my job. Now that’s what customer service is about and they will always get five star review with that service. Two palm trees gone and five stars for you both! Daniel Barker! Thank you for coming to my rescue at last minute notice! The winds of Hurricane Helena can play in my trees all out wants to now without the threat of dead branches being launched at my neighbors. 😇 He lifted the canopy so my lawn gets sun now! Woohoo! Highlands recently trimmed a very large oak tree and three palm trees. He gave me a quote and was able to come out the same day and give me an estimate. What really surprised me was that he said he had an opening and could come back later in the day to do the job. He completed the job exactly to my satisfaction. All of the workers were extremely pleasant and courteous. The job was completed in a sooner than expected time and cleanup was completed quickly. I hired Highland tree service to take a huge oak tree out that was hanging over my house with rotten branches, I called three different local tree services. Two of them did not reply, one of them told me that they could not do the job because it was too dangerous! Dan and his crew took the tree down in one day ground the stump down took away the debris planted sod cleaned my gutters. Amazing! It’s like the tree was never there ! These guys are experts! Let me start by saying I called 4 tree services. Dan from Highlands Tree Service was the first to arrive. Dan was the most reasonable of the 4 tree services I recieved estimates from. The trees were in an awkward place between my property and the neighbors. Large dead limbs threatened the neighbors home. They arrived at the appointed hour, ready to work. They did a masterful job assuring the limbs, trees didn't fall on neighbors structure. They completed the job ahead of their estimated time, removed the debris. Even blew off the driveway which they did not affect to begin with. Their promptness, reasonable rates, excellent execution, fast communication, and friendliness. Great service from this husband and wife team. They do a harmonious dance in an efficient way. Her small stature is no match for her strength in hauling branches! It is fascinating to watch how they do their job - in a limited space. We had several branches trimmed from a large pine , as well as a great trim to a tall palm tree.
